Objectifs
This seminar will cover 'classical' works in Law & Economics such as the writings
by Gary Becker or Ronald Coase as well as contemporary articles in empirical or theoretical Law & Economics. Several sessions of the seminar will consist of an invited speaker, either from the faculty of Law or Economics in Lausanne or from another University, who will discuss his or her current research.
Contenus
A session of this seminar will usually cover one article. The article is presented by a student. All students read the article in advance. Presenting students prepare a short and concise handout on their article.
