Objectifs

The objective of this course is to present and gain experience with conceptual models that facilitate transforming operations management into competitive advantage. Building on the quantitative-finance tools learned in Supply-Chain Analytics (taught concurrently), we will analyze the operations and supply chains of case companies to see where competitive advantage lies.

Contenus

The course is case based. Cases have been chosen that replicate the decisions that companies are facing with respect to how to organize and develop their operations and supply chains.
