Objectives

  • Managing a long and complex project in teams
  • Understanding and adopting the professional codes of a (real) company (in the Q&A sessions, oral and written presentations)
  • Communicating with diverse marketing representatives, and integrating their perspectives in the final analysis
  • Learning and applying marketing matrices
  • Collecting and analyzing different types of data, identifying problems and opportunities, and proposing adequate solutions
  • Summarizing and presenting recommendations

Project management: planning and teamwork – Data analyses – Secondary data & Matrices – Building a strategic marketing plan – Building and executing written and oral business presentations

THIS COURSE IS ONLY OPEN FOR THE STUDENTS IN THE SPECIFIC TRACK

Students will be evaluated on:

1) the group project (70%)
2) individual work (30%)

Evaluation:

For the student, the retake consists in writing a complement to the final report, and present this complement.
